Individual production by soaking, brewing, cooking and AromaStück. This triple walled plant with water bath coat for all thermically-led pre-doughs ≥ TA 300 is available, depending on your needs, in different sizes with a net content of 100, 300 and 500 kg of pre-dough per batch.

​

With the AromaStück®, grinding cereals are heated with water and create the special aroma of AromaStück®. After a defined time it forms a variety of aroma components and natural maltose for a distinctive flavor profile.

​

The A 300 and 500 comfort ECOLINE have a powerful pump off dosing, as also the 500 K comfort ECOLINE, which completes the aromatic plants ECOLINE as a cooling and storage facility.
